As the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WaveCapital Partners, LLC, Ray takes special pride in its list of satisfied clients and the good will expressed by their people. Ultimately, they’re the beneficiaries of WaveCapital’s hard work. Through careful selection of associates, clients and sourcing, Ray and his team have made viable and deserving dream projects a reality.

As an ERISA law specialist, Ray entered his career in the financial industry under a special projects initiative by what was then the third largest insurance carrier in the nation, the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. With a strong background in law and corporate financial planning, Ray and other team members selected for their insurance knowledge and IT expertise, designed and installed qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for firms throughout the United States.

From those exciting days of early success in retirement funding initiatives, (which eventually has involved over 51,000 employees), Ray progressively developed a relationship database of funding sources that has since grown exponentially and thankfully morphed into a working body of resources for our WaveCapital clients.
